International Presidents’ Meetings (IPM) are international, bi-annual, statutory meetings of ELSA with an aim to prepare the International Council Meetings with the representatives from each member country of ELSA. International Presidents’ Meetings have right to make proposals to the International Council of ELSA and therefore they are granted with the statutory status. Every national group of ELSA has right to send representatives to the International Presidents’ Meeting.  Besides very important academic part, IPM Tallinn will also comprise unforgettable social and cultural events in the European Capital of Culture for 2011 – Tallinn (more information:  http://www.tallinn2011.ee/eng).
